What is DIKKHA?
DIKKHA is a national learning platform, not a private course catalogue. It is delivered with the ICT Division, Government of Bangladesh, and published on the government's Muktopaath platform. Phase 2 turns the successful pilot into a permanent, continuously refreshed national skills academy.
Is DIKKHA free?
Yes. Every course is free to the learner, free at the point of use, and published on Muktopaath.
Who can learn on DIKKHA?
Phase 2 serves people aged 15 to 59 everywhere in Bangladesh, with Bangla-first content so learners do not have to rely on foreign platforms.
What did DIKKHA Phase 1 achieve?
Phase 1 ran on Muktopaath and closed successfully on 30 June 2025. It reached 3.3 million young people with course content nationwide, enrolled 50,000 learners on dikkha.muktopaath.gov.bd and published 50 free courses across four skill categories.
What will DIKKHA Phase 2 add?
Phase 2 targets 150 courses and 7.5 million learners across six tracks: AI, freelancing and IT services; automation and robotics; agri-technology; tourism and the service economy; corporate and employability skills; and adolescence and parenting. These figures are targets — Phase 2 is pending award from the Government of Bangladesh.
